AVE VANS durable or not?

Even more appealing than the reynolds threes, but no toe cap and frankly breaking decks every day and ripping shoes every week isn't getting expensive, just fucking annoying!

my friend has then and they last mad long.  check teh vans site, they have some hidden thing under the toe cap that makes them last super long.

i only skate 3-4 days a week and don't do too many flip tricks so i'm probably not the best judge, but i bought some a few weeks ago and they have been holding up well. no holes or tears. they seem grippier and thinner (less bulky), that the eS accels, which is what i used to wear. i recommend them.

that being said, it's just a shoe. it can only make so much of a difference.

I've been using them for probably a month now and I do a lot of flip tricks. I'm only able to skate 3-4 days a week though, but I'd definitely recommend the AVEs.

Shoes are pretty durable, but major heel slippage. Vans definitely needs to scrap their  heel cup technology because it sucks. The AVEra are like wearing flip flops. TNT IIs are great with a little shoe goo.

It has the same motion as a flip flop. if you stand on the ball of your foot the shoe does not rise up with your heel.
