Had a few pairs when I lived in Oregon, no one in Sacramento carries them so it has been a while. Good wheels and good people worthy of the support.

I had some awhile back and they were rather nice tbh. Like vegan tho' no one round here stocks them so just go with spits or death wheels.

So far I only have experience with their cruiser wheels but so far, they're amazing!  Gonna have to track down some of their regular wheels later.

Kind of difficult to find in-store locally so I usually check ebay or Amazon.

Pretty much gonna ride Satori, Autobahn or Gold from now on.

My one set of Satori wheels lasted longer than any set of Spitfires I have ever had. I can say that for sure!

I have two sets - one set of their new filmer wheels on my Rob Roskopp 1, and a set of their proper cruiser wheels on my Deathwish 40 oz. cruiser. The ones on the 40 oz. have lasted almost two years??? They be sick.

Very old thread, is anybody currently riding satori wheels?
I'd be very interested in hearing about their 101a and "top shelf urethane" 84b formulas.
Titus currently sells them 50% off, so I'd definitely buy some if they're fine

I can tell you the 101s feel like 99 without a doubt. Mine had chips and gouges out of them in the first session. Creative urethane is the manufacturer. The top shelf is the same as Quasi Protothane.
I initially bought a set to try as a sample because I was considering Creative as a manufacturer for awhile.

This was the case for me with the feel at least. But maybe they have(had?) their own recipe at creative. It’s been a few years since I rode the satori’s. They didn’t gouge or anything. Super smooth

I had the 101a snots which did get chewed up though. I believe they’re creative as well.

I also had the quasi wheels, but i don’t remember why they weren’t on my main setup. That board got stolen out my car.

Thanks, lost all interest due to them being from creative. Snot wheels are the only wheels I've ever flatspotted. And it just kept happening

There were at least two, maybe three different urethanes on Satori wheels in a more recent, but by no means current new stock drop I saw.

One set / type was the more milky urethane that like old Spitfires would colour up as it aged, which felt ok to skate, but was no Spitfire match when put to the test.

Another set / type was the absolute white plastic look and felt super hard and slick.

They are all on loan boards now, for anyone else to skate, but not on any decent boards I would ride again.

The cruiser wheels were really good though, but of course that is a different story.

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.
