Wait, where is he supposed to land? There is no way he got past both rails (judging from that photo). Land on the stairs? I'm confused.

As seen in his part in the Nike 'Nothing But The Truth' video, yes, he lands on/through the stairs and rides away.

My favorite pictures aren't about the tricks but how crazy their bodies look doing it

Look how far away he is from he is from his board! Unbelievable

I don't even know what's happening in this photo, but it's wild

How the fuck did he even land this?

I think so, not 100% sure though, there was some debate about it here:
http://quartersnacks.com/2012/08/new-photos-at-old-spots-is-there-such-thing-as-a-bad-photo-of-a-backside-180-nosegrind/

A few more that stick out in my mind

I was always a big fan of the Menikmati period photos.  I was looking for some of the pictures from an Arto Saari Transworld article from that time period, there was one of a switch frontside flip that I especially liked, it's the one from the end of his Menikmati part, but i couldn't find it so:

then there's this front board from I think a Florida article, I think it's the long exposure + night skating thing that makes it so cool, and then the El Toro cover which was just awesome when it came out:

and then I think this sums up Classic:

Are sequences allowed?  this one always got me super hyped to skate when i was first starting out in middle school, this one and the switch tailslide he does on that brick ledge.  That switch tailslide, for me at least, really represented that time period in skating.

and then this Cairo photo i've just always really liked.

Lastly I have kind of a request.  There was an old Transworld article on the C1rca team, I think it was them in Europe and it was photos from what ended up becoming the VideoRadio Transworld video... anyway in the article there was a picture of Mark Appleyard doing a back smith and i just remember loving that photo when i was little.  If someone finds it they should post it.
