This kickflip sequence was bananas for 1990.

Skate videos have been downhill ever since 411VM #20

^^ insane
There was an interview with TK, when he was a plumber. He got asked if he gets recognized on the job and his response was "No. Plumbin in disguise." Everyone on SLAP thought he said "put him in the sky"

oh hell yeah, peak muska

Fun Fact:
That spot is in AZ and it's wayyyy harder to skate in person. It's a greenbelt and the little pavement that is your run up is has so many crators ad feels like your rolling on dirt. This photo is iconic.

There is an academic who wrote a whole book about this spot. I have it somewhere. It is imperfect, but good read.

Levi Brown - I can't find the cover photo that saved his career (the rumor was Element was about to kick him off before he got a cover doing an amazing kickflip or ollie), but this photo really just screams Matt Price.

I'm also surprised this hasn't been posted

Finally, Wallner's photo of Kirill pushing down the road in N. Korea... it was tough to pick which Wallner photo = classic and I'm sure I'll change my mind in 15 minutes, but I'm going with this one for right now.

How old is this photo? Because it's sick in 2020.  Who shot it/can I buy this. People throw the term GOAT around but there is only one and its this dude right here.

Goddamn that bank so looks terrifying and stretched out with the cityscape in the background. Lovely.

I take care of my curbs.

I love a Phillips layback air photo.  He’s one of the only ones to do them with his thumb on the deck.

Also that Gonz SF ollie is bonkers. Dude is fearless. Honestly he’s still pretty reckless for someone in his 50s.

Not an action shot. But really dig the feels this shot brings. And what a rad setup of early tech.

Full nasal on a board with barely a nose. So fucking sick.
This bank was right at LAX and is no longer there, but every single time I exit the 105 and stop at the signal before entering LAX, I look at this parking lot and think of the Gonz stuff, Tommy G, Cab and others who've had images from there.  Grant told me once that there were like 7 published photos from 1 single session there.  Grant has so many legendary pics.

It's Wade Speyer.

I remembered it from this article in Thrasher. Sequence is like six pages down. He also had the first documented grind on hubba-hideout.

I’m not familiar with that cover.  It is amazing by the way.  Are you Shelby Woods?
