Tony has more of a draw than most of the pros on ZERO. He has already put out several video parts in Black Box Videos and he will be adding a new one to Zero's Cold War video coming soon. I think he definitely deserves to move up to the pro ranks. If zero isnt going to do anything with this guy someone definitely should.

I think Jamie confirmed it on here a while ago that he would go pro if he filmed a good full part for Cold War.

hahaha what? I saw Garret Hill about a week ago at the NoHo plaza and he was killing it and being super nice to everyone. Tony Cervantes put out an interview not too terribly long ago discussing all the shit he had been dealing with and said Jamie told him he just had to film a full, pro level part and that would solidify a spot on the pro roster.

confirmed. the reason they didn't turn him pro earlier had something to do with an injury, and the death of his mom/dad? either way he rips and i'd definitely buy a board with his name on it

He's gone under the radar for so long but has always put out quality skating that when he turns pro, it's going to be a huge deal because everyone is really starting to notice and appreciate his skating. He's got no beef with anyone; he's nothing but positivity. Professional skateboarding needs a breath of fresh air, and I definitely think Tony Cervantes is that breath of fresh air. Definitely rooting for this guy, can't wait for his Cold War part.
