Stress fracture
« on: December 13, 2011, 07:23:45 PM »
I believe I have a stress fracture in my foot. Has anyone had it? It's not too painful but I keep getting different answers on if i should just take it easy or if i should wrap it. I persona;;y think just take it easy, but if anyone has more info i'd appreciate the help.

Same thing happened to me. I'd really recommend staying off until it heals completely.  Also you might want to re-evaluate your footwear if you wear thin shoes

I had a stress forced fracture on my right foot and a slight sort of tear on my left, i still skated but I just took it more easy, not going for it everywhere and just icing and relaxing my foot when I wasnt on a board with a few days off for extra measure.
