i'm not mad at this, and i like that pic of jason. you gotta understand, i'm in my mid 30's and grew up in ny. for a period of my very young life mike was that shit. i still like watching him, but not hearing him.

I love Minor Threat as much as the next guy, but I'm not gonna be the 40 year old dude yelling about keeping it punk or whatever. Mike V is pretty much tarnishing his legacy at this point. There's no shame in growing up, it's a bummer, yeah, but there's no shame in it. We aren't 17 forever...He's still a great skateboarder, that Berrics part was awesome, but I dunno, you gotta act your age or something.

I'm with you on that. Mike is a cornball and lots of his branding follows suit but I can't hate on the cruiser-curb-fun-vibe thing.  Slap drools over zip zingers but hates on Mike V's boards.... Same shit, its all image you retards.

Mike V's has the Bruce Springsteen element to him being from NJ - you like his music/skating...but man, when they ramble and politicize things, it can really turn you off. 

But I see Mike pulling burly shit like this and can't help but love the guy for it:

How come he has to be on a team that champions "alternative" skateboarding. Its frustrating just because he puts his foot on the ground doesn't mean he has to be team mates with Mike V. Enjoi was Adams best decision.
