Unaware of any codes, but their sale section can be a gold mine if you take the time to sort through it. The website is designed pretty poorly, but they add new stuff on sale fairly regularly and you can find some amazing deals. You just have to go through pages of bullshit first. I've found shoes that I like in good colorways/materials for 50% off with no code multiple times.

I just threw a little water on them and it beaded off. The material feels like shark skin if that makes sense, or some really fine sand paper.

I’m gonna go back in the next few days if anyone wants a pair. I saw a few random sizes
