To anyone thinking of the pro leather, I got the Al Davis cons version. I went a half size down in those. I normally wear 8.5 (gt blazer, blazer mid, nb 440, old skools).

The pair I had were really solid and are nice to look down at. Not as much board feel as the 440 but I would get them again if they came across my radar at the right time.

Again, mine were the Cons version. I doubt there is any difference regarding sizing but I thought this might help.
Yea I actually just got a pair and they sent me the wrong color. I went with half size down and they fit perfect. I sent them back cause I hate the way the toe box looks when you’re looking down out them.

I really hope those are comfortable because they are fucking ugly, imo.

The really thin 3mm fp insoles might work, but not the 5mm-10mm thick ones. Stock insole is like ortholite, not ultra/popcush.

I've tried a few, the lowprofile / 3.5mm ones work great but as noted above I wouldn't go any thicker.

Look Back Library has a nice deal going on if you want some reading material.

Mags plus stickers, shipping built in.15-30 depending on the box Kevin will even try to match the era you’re looking for. Good dude.

Just bought the big pack, here’s hoping for some of those Transworlds when they were bible sized.

Almost did the same but just closed the tab and walked away. If they had the Louie's on sale though, I would've bought a few pairs

I’m sorry man. I ordered a 9 in green and then read true to size so I went back and snagged a 9.5 in grey. I do apologize. I hope you still love the green!

How the fuck is cons so inconsistent with sizing? My 8.5(my normal size) JP mids feel just slightly too big and I heard that you should size down for sure on ctas so I got an 8 and they feel the same as the JP mids. Then the slip ons in 8 fit perfectly.

i went down half a size with the ones i ordered.  tired of dealing with Cons math when ordering shoes.  just gonna run em however they fit.

For me:

CTAS rubber toe = full size down
CTAS non rubber = half size down
JP = half size down
Anything else = half size down (including fastbreak)

And for what it’s worth I run 10.5 in normal sizing, but do like my shit snug.

I got some checkpoints a while ago and got them a half size smaller. When I tried them one they did feel a little more snug then my past pairs but I'm sure after I break them in they'll be legit!

You’d think that there’d be at least one grown-up somewhere along the line that would put the kibosh on their bizarre scattershot sizing.

My guess is that they are made at different factories with their own unique sizing standards.

Apparently they just don’t give a fuck, haha.

Seems to even be the case within the same style. After two pairs of the black/white 9.5 CTAS (one high, one low) fit perfectly, my newer pair of all black 9.5 CTAS (low) are too snug. I can do them with thin socks, but they’re really noticeably narrower around the ball of the feet.

(I’m a tts 10.5 too.)

You’d think that people constantly commenting on the narrow fit and sizing issues would lead companies like Converse and Adidas to like...fix those issues...
