The grip they give you is primitive branded and not even worth setting up.

If the Primitive grip is an inoffensive design, the quality isn't bad for free grip if you're in a pinch. I've skated it many times before and it's passable to skate on. Not as good as Mob but little better than Grizzly is how I'd describe it

Pretty sure my last $20 deck came with bullet grip. This can’t be any worse than that. We’ll find out soon enough.

It adhered to the board and kept my feet in place. It’s on the less gritty side than some other grips,  it that’s a matter of preference.

Some people get specific about grip, but if anything I hate super grippy/coarse stuff. I’m actually on a pepper kick because I can move my feet easily but it sticks when I need it to

Quite the opposite experience for me as I find the stock primitive grip, what they send you with a deck purchase, to be much slipperier than just about anything out there this side of mini logo.

Also, it’s kind of lame that if you do a two or three deck deal, they only send you one fucking sheet of grip I mean come on what the fuck….

This might even be worse but my partner is a skate rat too. Over the sales I bought 5 decks and a pair of shoes and their response was “are you sure you’re gonna have enough on ice you’ve been wrecking boards lately, get them while they’re on sale”. We skate everyday so we use the product but sometimes I think they’re gonna talk me out of purchases but instead they get stoked and usually buy some shit for themselves

Not to harp on anyone because not everyone is super tech savvy, but seriously, the power of google. If you're searching for a specific shoe, deck, shirt, pant whatever all I do is put the brand, whatever product I'm looking for and size into search and go to images and most of the time it will give several results and sometimes even if the products is in stock or not on the search page.
