I don't think the "that's what you get" was referring to hitting the lens, more about the wax situation meaning he didn't land the trick first try because he thought it wasn't waxed properly, but yeah he totally comes off as a douche in this, sorta gangsta, the way he talks, they way he walks and also we he comes up to the berrics he only says Hi to Daniel and just completely ignores everyone else standing there, as if he is too cool or something...
at normal skatesessions I always find it idiotic if you've skated the same place with a bunch of people for a fair amount of time and then if someone leaves they don't say goodbye or give a quick headnod fuck them what's up with your social skills
