Have exhausted all of my resources trying to find this video I watched on here (at least I think) the other day . . a pro who had been skating on a fucked ankle/foot and finally decided to have voluntary surgery to help fix, So in the video he's walking into the this clinic explaining his physical therapy and they cut scene to him doing this exercise where he has his foot slightly upward supporting an exercise/medicine ball against the wall and he's showing how he rehabs the tendons by doing the ollie and kickflip motions. .
