Just picked up the new Thrasher today and saw this ad in it, super stoked for him. He's such a ripper. I remember reading an interview with him sometime after Bag of Suck where he said he had lots of footage, like tech footage, stacked for that video that got left on he editing room floor because they were trying to keep the image of him that we all see more along the lines of a goofy trick kind of skater. He didn't seem to care in the interview, as long as he gets to get paid and skate for a living he just rolls with it. I hope that in his next part they let his skating be who he really is. Either way, he fucking rules and deserves to be on a legit shoe team and get paid. Good for him. I'd maybe (maybe) even consider skating a pair of Globes now to support him. Maybe.

Regardless of whether they're still in business or not, duffs has been done for years.

God, I love Louie. Talk all the shit you want, the guy has better board control than 90% of the pros out there. Being different is not a bad thing. Good for him getting on Glode.

If Globe gives him a shoe, it'll be the only Globes I'll ever buy. Skateboarding NEEDS another part from Louie.

i've only skated one pair of globes and they werent terrible, i think a full length globe video would actually be sick, cause they have a decent team, and i'd love to see some new barletta footage

haven't met a single person that doesn't like louie barletta.  I don't know about your statement there, but his 270 kickflip into the steep ass bank (it's fucking steep) shows he doesn't just fuck around haha
