The combination of work and 90 degree temperatures is going to make it 'Go Skateboarding Night' for me. I'm planning to go get kicked out of my favorite spots in midtown Manhattan.

i'm doing the traditional New Orleans go skate day, charging downtown with 300-400 kids.
Heading to the pancakes to watch that madness, then charging claiborne st. to hunters field for the rest of the afternoon.
Also ISAC is going to the hood to give away 1000 completes and the word on the streets is Lil Wayne and Brad Pitt are gonna
annouce the Mountain Dew Skatepark being built in the lower 9th ward.

I haven't heard of any crazy shit going down locally otherwise so I might just stop in my local shop and throw them some business/lurk to get in the spirit of things after I get off of work.

Reynolds, Herman, Hsu, Tempster, Burnett, the SPoT dudes, and tons of other industry heads are in town. And the rideit sculpture park!

I'm probably gonna do the same exact thing I did last year. Eat a lot of Frosted Flakes, get on Slap and then go skate towards the end of the day. I should probably make this my Go Skate Day tradition.

Go to work, go home and play Skyrim then continue to contemplate whether or not to break up with my girlfriend. Ironically go skateboarding day is probably one of the worst times of the year to skate in the south east.

My mommy gave me permission to go downtown and skateboard at all the nice skateboarding spots around downtown that we always see skateboarders riding on. I hope I can get some cool stunts recorded.

Anniversary tomorrow, swim, skate at evening/night.
I'm just happy I get as excited whether I am going to push up and down the street or ride a park.
Just the feeling of comradery or by yourself just wanting to skateboard everyday and never make it a chore.
