Looks like a crying baked potato.
When nothing in society deserves respect, we should fashion for ourselves in solitude new silent loyalties.

I had these and they sucked. That ollie pad was literally just in that one spot and they wore out faster than the accels I was always skating at the time.

Plus, I felt obligated to store everything possible in the tongue since I was 13 and didn't have weed. I used to put my lunch money in there and the ladies in the cafeteria at my school HATED me for giving them money that smelled like feet. I was the smelly foot money kid. Fuck those shoes.

For the life of me, I can’t imagine spending $150 on a pair of skateshoes. Maybe if I wasn’t emgoing to skate them, but it sure shows how the industry has changed.

I really appreciate the call put about the industry not putting any energy behind researching new technologies though. Does anyone give a shit about impact protection anymore?

Brands like Gucci and Versace don't succeed because of how ridiculous they are, they pay rappers and shit to wear their clothes and that's why people buy them, and looking rich (they also make suits etc). Pro skateboarders are D list celebrities if that and are trying to sell products in a completely over saturated market based on "keeping it core" while in reality everyone knows that that argument is completely dead.

A friend of mine got these as he was getting out of skating and more into being a candy raver (I guess they were better for raving). I asked him why he paid so much for shoes and he replied that it was worth the investment in order to attract girls.
