pushing 950 miles, no rich kid snazzy pants junk.

Seriously.
I've searched and searched but anything pertaining to "Skateboard across ______" was represented either by a cruiser, long board, or some banana magic carpet looking thing. I searched everything I could think of. Australia, Canada, Mexico, America, US, Skate the state, India, California and more.
What we want to do is make long distance skateboarding SKATEBOARDING.
Street boards and backpacks. No car following us with our gear.
Dive into the sport we love and push fatt miles, street skating every stop we make.
October 1st we're gone, tackling skateboarding 950 miles across California.

I dunno man, we just want to push skateboarding. The funnest thing about skating is just feeling like you're doing something humans aren't suppose to be doing.

I admire what you're doing. Is one leg bigger than the other? If not it will be after this trip. Do you plan on pushing switch at all. Most people go on long journeys like this for deep personal reason: losing a loved one to AIDS,cancer, drunk drivers or overcoming something like that yourself. What is your reason?

nah man, no longboards.
And I don't know what kids you're talking about, I just tried to search something from them but couldn't find anything on google.
I got this idea because I just finished this 1,600 mile skate from Baton rouge, Louisiana to El Centro, California.
I just lost my job and pad, was really far away from home without any money to get back, I didn't wanna ask for anything from anyone so I just packed a bag and skated home. No camera.
Everyone I met along the way said I needed to document something like it. I would skate about 15-30 miles a day, slowly, and then shred the towns I hit; It was awesome.
Never hitchhiked or asked for anything.
Now I'm in california, built a team of homies going to skate it with me for a vid, and we're taking off this October 1st. In 20 days.

That is fucked up if you skated home from LA to CA. 
How many wheels and shoes did you go through?
Bomb down mountains?
Get raped in Texas? Anything?
You should be telling us stories instead of plugging your freedom ride.
