So this guy puts out a supergnarly part as an unpaid am, gets into drugs and/or trouble and DC just throws him away like a piece of dirt.

Wonder how much time D Way spent mentoring Myers, especially since he as drooling so much over Ternasky in the DC history clips.

^ damn pretty crazy. respect that woman for having no spite against someone who instilled fear into her children and wishing them the best.

i think this whole thing could have and has happened to MANY people who have fallen off from a skateboarding "career" (supporting them selves financially through skating) who end up going down the dark path of drug and alcohol abuse leading to legal trouble and usually the combination of those two can be a one way ticket to prison. hope people right now who are sponsored and don't have any other interests or passions outside of skating should take note because not every ones gonna be able to "make it" in the skate game.

Damn...gotta admit I teared up a bit reading that. It's inspiring to see a human being that's so forgiving and truly well meaning. She genuinely cares about the guy who almost ripped her daughters arm off? That takes serious grace.

As for Greg, he did put out a few good video parts that he obviously worked hard for, but no one owes him anything. I know some really talented skateboarders who put tons of work into their video parts and have never received a dime, not even free product and they don't try to rob people. Meth is no joke I had a co-worker who got hooked years ago and it ruined his life within a year, I hope he can at least get off that stuff and get his life together, he's only 24 and professional skateboarding isn't for everyone, especially these days.
