Looks like OG Dunk SB shape mixed with P-Rod 9s

the heel swooshes ruin the ishods, the actual silhouette is nice but the reverse swoosh is too much of a modern training/basketball shoe look for an upper that looks to basically be a dunk low.

The P.Rod citadel were always at the outlets for cheap and they skated decent. Just had to break them in since the soles were like cement.

I don’t know about that tie-dye colors but I had the black/white one.

I will be near the head of the line to get the Ishod’s. He’s the best. And the shoes look comfy. Shit if they re-released pretty much any p.rod, the BA’s....I’d buy those too.
But these Ishod’s look real decent. Yes I’d probably like less swooshes, but these look like they’ll protect my fragile old feet

Maybe for the best they’re moving the swoosh to the middle panel.   Feels unbalanced with it tucked in the back.

I checked out the Spring 22 catalog the other day and all the swooshes are in the same place so not sure if the swoosh moving is accurate information.

I would be feeling these a lot more if they didn't have the gum toe.

Speaking of which (long shot) but has anyone ever tried to remove the toe bumper?   I’m guessing it’d be straight not not look wonky without it, but wouldn’t want weird glue spots that keep pieces of the bumper on.

Toe bumpers are bonded to the sole in the vulcanization process.

I would just paint it. Or dremel if you’re feeling frisky

@Atiba Applebum that gumsole double foxing tape toe definitely kept me from pulling the trigger on that blazer colorway but I bet you could spray paint it white pretty easily.

Thanks I might just look into that.  I’m also not wild about the lining being green so I just might hold off bc I do have a bit too many blazers at the moment

Or even just a wee one facing normal on the heel panel.   

I think on the colorways where it blends in won’t be an issue, but it’s just so stark on the black pair

Am I wrong in saying that the Ishod shoe and the Verona feel off for Nike?

The Ishod looks like a tech shoe you would expect from a core company and the Verona without a swoosh look like vans.

I associate nike with clean silhouettes and the swoosh... Blazer, bruin, dunk etc.
