Am I wrong in saying that the Ishod shoe and the Verona feel off for Nike?

The Ishod looks like a tech shoe you would expect from a core company and the Verona without a swoosh look like vans.

I associate nike with clean silhouettes and the swoosh... Blazer, bruin, dunk etc.

I def agree on the Verona, looks like such a kmart shoe.

As for these, like someone else said, I think they might look better on foot, or at least I hope they do cos I'm going to buy them regardless lol

I’m digging them. As long as they aren’t over $100 I’ll try skating in a pair. I’m over the Dunk thing and these look like they may have a somewhat similar feel to them.

Speaking of vato, they actually remind me of lunar gatos, which I absolutely loved. Easily my favorite SB to come out. I think people slept on the lunar cats, it was a really good well rounded cupsole with pretty good support and flick. Someone said they look sortof like a soccer shoe in that photo of Ishod wearing them, I think there is some lunar gato blood flowing through the Ishods. We will see, I'll also be coping them.

Saw this earlier. Really liking that colorway. Hoping for some good colorways inn the future because the shoe definitely looks like it has a good opportunity for some decent color blocking.

This color really does well for this kind of shoe. especially when he does the nollie bs heel back in, unless you're really looking the swoosh really isnt noticible and rather just blends a bit.
I know the swooshes are placed where they are to make for people to know it's a Nike shoe since it lacks the swoosh on the side panel as a dunk would, but if they keep the color blocking like this, this shoe really can do well and be a lot more liked by everyone. maybe specifically having the swoosh on the toe really be the "stand out" one of the three (heel and tongue), but that's just me.

I used to have a pair of all canvas Dunk Hi’s that I’m kicking myself for getting rid of.
