Adidas Busenitz/Puig Sizing vs Campus

Hey dudes.  I bought a pair of Campus Highs in my normal size a while back and they hurt the shit out of my little toe, bilaterally.  I've been wanting some Busenitz's/Puig's, but the Campus experience has me a bit weary.  Any input? 

Also I'm a size 12, probably a 12.5, but no one makes that size and 13 seems a little too big.  Thanks!

I wear 8 in campus low and 8.5 in busenitz/puig

Campus vulcs are all over the place. Last ones I had were 10s

I usually wear 9.5 in both Campus and Busenitz, but the Busenitz run a tad bit smaller definitely. Changing the insole to an older or thinner one helps to wear them in. After a few days they fit perfectly.
