not such a great year for new music.

even a good year hasnt happened since the 90's. musics getting shittier and shittier

i will give it to sonic youth though cause there older musicians and have been around for a while, but any new artist that comes out i could care less

No, your music taste and your ability to listen to new music is getting shittier and shittier.

so much...

burial- s/t
css- s/t
s dot rock- yoyoyoyoyoyoyo
ghost- fishscale
proj. pat- CROOK BY DA BOOK
boris- pink (that was this year, right?)
tv on the radio
junior boys

a lot more. ed banger records kinda defined my summer/fall as well, but mehdi's record isn't in the running for best of the year, and they don't really have any other "albums" out...the justice ep was sick. i guess sebastiAn- ross ross ross can be on this list.

The Tom Waits´ album is really really good.
So is Dylans.
Rather Ripped is pretty fun too.
Does Tortoises Lazarus Taxon count? I was kinda into that.

Fishscale was great, really enjoyed that. The thing is that I haven't really been buzzed by any new artists in ages, so I only really buy older stuff ('80s/'90s). Hopefully, things will get better in 2007. I mean, we can't keep looking back, can we???
