Bicycle Skate Co.
« on: September 17, 2013, 06:47:17 PM »
Time for some shameless self promotion. I started a little company with a friend of mine called Bicycle. We've got a shirt out as of today in very limited quantities and we plan to release other garments closer to winter, and perhaps sooner if we sell out of this first shirt. We will be making skateboards and wheels next year. the link to the store is bicycleskateco.bigcartel.com. Shirts are printed on Al-Style pocket tees with water based ink. if you enter the discount code "SLAP" you get free shipping. I appreciate any and all feedback, positive or negative. thanks.

edit: feel free to follow us on instagram @bicycleskateco.

Does anyone recall the skateboard company called Bike?  Mid 90's I think.  They got sued by the jock support company named Bike.  That was a stupid name too. (not that I mind it, it's just not the best choice, or the worst)  +1 for going for it

But good luck.  The t-shirt with the weird vagina inside the pentagram should sell.

Did that Heath deck you put on ebay sell?

I'm not too worried about whether people like the name or not. Just trying to make some fun stuff and let my buddy get his doodles out there.

It's an eyeball.

It sold, but for less than I would've liked. Not complaining though as I only spent $30 on that board and it sold for four times that.

You can do a custom domain name with Big Cartel so you don't have to see the .bigcartel portion of the address.

Good luck with everything, this is definitely a tough business to be in.

I'll definitely pick one up if there are some larges left next week.
Look I'm not selling anything that doesn't have my jizz on it. I don't care how much is offered.

Just ordered a Large, really stoked on that design. I'll wear it down to Richmond next time I go, guaranteed some of the bike kids there are gonna want to cop one.

Wonderful, I appreciate that. We're going to start sampling some windbreakers pretty soon so we can do a small run of them in a few months.

It's definitely just for fun. if we make a few dollars I'll be so stoked. but I'm just looking to have some fun with it, and maybe make enough to go on a few trips and film some tricks.
