theres an interview where he talks about the whole "Red Kross/Red Cross/Emergency" and how he got told he couldn't use "red cross" by the actual relief agency, so he changed it to a "k" in the spelling and they still weren't having it, so he changed it to "Emergency".  I think he was also getting his balls busted about the actual red cross logo too. 

same thing happened to the band red cross,they had to change it to a k,instead of a c.
