Smack or Chocolate
« on: December 23, 2006, 09:24:16 AM »
I just came back from Belgium, where I came across this item. They had the brilliant idea of combining my two favorite breakfast foods: Kellogs Smacks and Nutella. Unfortunately the result is too sweet, too rich.
Kinda like a krook to backlip on a handrail, cool separate, not so good together

Damn, I want some of that. Nutella is perfection. Fill up some Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch and it's on.

Jolly good comparison, the crooks backlip one.
But still you can't touch this.

If you are ever in NYC, LA, or Belgium, check out Le Pain Quotidien's bread spreads.

They make their own homemade nutella! It's better than the original, which I ate everyday at breakfast until I was 14. The roast their own hazelnuts, buy expensive chocolate, and cook every batch with TLC
It's expensive but worth it. Still use nutella when I run out or can't really splurge.

Look at the frogs face. The frog makes the cerial look so good.
