You probably have to break them in just skate around and lean from left to right constantly to loosen them up

Not supposed to use any washers w/ Bones. Sometimes the edge of a washer will "tap" the kingpin when you turn due to sideways force. If you have washers, take them off. If you don't have washers it may be the hanger hitting the kingpin or the bushings popping out of the hanger. That happened to me with soft bushings.

When I skated Indys I always found it super tough to cram it all in w. the washers....so I tried ditching them....still seemed like I was gonna smash them......I wonder why theeves come with bones and washers.....

Theeve's were designed with bones bushings. So the MFG calculated the height of the bushing cups into the height of the kingpin.

i only use the top washer. i ride loose-ish trucks but tighten up with new bushings to they wear in to become loose but yeah they are still clicking after 2 solid days of riding a bowl and its been really warm. just clicks super loud when making turns.

Put speed cream in your pivot cups and on your bushings. Hallelujah.

I don't know what kind of clicking it is, but it's usually caused by metal to metal contact, check your pivot cups, if they aren't flush get new ones.

I've just put in some new mid bones bushings too. They creak like fuck and it is 20+ degrees here. Also replaced the pivot cups too, so that isn't the case. I'm riding mids and they seem stiffer than I remember too.  ???

I have a solution, ditch your bones bushings. Get some deluxe supercush bushings, green preferably, but it really doesnt matter.
