This is by far Tom Asta's best footage yet. Anyone who can kickflip crook that quick ollie up gap to ledge in Philly deserves to be pro. That thing is fucked.

Obviously. I thinks its his robotic style. Almost too perfect. Again the kid is a special talent and has a great trick selection, skates cool looking spots etc....

I like watching his skating. Its stylish, and he does difficult shit without verging into the realm of person-tech. He has a really deep bag of tricks too, and he does the right tech tricks, stuff you don't see super often, and done well. kickflip bs nosegrind nollie flip comes to mind.

paper foot was great ender to a sick part.

The permabeanie might be having a contrary effect on people being able to perceive his evolution as a human who is awesome at skateboard trickery.  Like it is just another aspect of a well rehearsed robotic consistency that on one hand brought him to this level achievement and well deserved success, but on the other may ultimately be the shackles that keep him from being a true creator. 

That said I hope he keeps skating and putting out parts for a long time regardless of his hat.  He's dope.

Favorite trick in the part, definitely his best footage/part yet. Also I forgot the sw heel & sw fs heel that he did on Love (random thought).
