Damn, that was one of the best games of skate I have ever seen. Haven't had a game keep on the edge of my seat like that since Busenitz vs. Cole from BATB 2. That Joes consistency is unreal. He might just take it.
Shane, PJ and Paul are all gone. The finals are gonna be interesting this year; all new faces and none of the same dudes who always make it to the finals every time. If Mo get's eliminated next round it'll be the first time that the finals have all new people in them and none from the previous years before.

Thats was so amazing, that joe is insane, how come talent like this stays unknown for so long?? I really hope Holt beats Koston, even with his ugly style the kid should at least get to the finals and what a refreshing finals that would be, all new faces. Im backing this Cody kid 100%, he should take it all.

id punch myself in the balls if i beat someone with a double flip or a 540 shove it. There were so many legit tricks that could be done, these kids are degenerating flatground. no nollie flip back 180 or switch front heel, just a bunch of clown dog dick moves. fuck em all

What an amazing game! Easily one of the best ever. I hope this Joe takes it all! Mike Mo will be a challenge though.

Degenerating? It's actually pretty insane that they can do some of these tricks on flat so easily. Don't be jealous because you can't do them. Also that kid had to pull out those tricks because if he didn't Shane would. He played that game we'll.

Its funny, if koston does one pressure flip people bitch, but these kids bust out the shitty double and its all good. heres what i hope goes down. koston plays this kid. Does a pressure flip. frontside pressure.  front shove late kickflip. nollie late flip, late shove it etc... and skunk his ass and hear everyone bitch. The point is, everyone has lame tricks that other people cant do. he pulled this same bullshit with mcclung. just a dick way to play imo. and for the record, shits not that hard, people just dont do them, e.g., morgan smith lost a switch double heel. its a gay fucking trick! but yeah, good win  ::)

thats a good point. I just dont like double flips in general. i just feel like they are the equivalent of hucking. sometimes theyre fine but really not cool. id rather see a switch inward heel over a switch double tre any day.

I would rather see a game where people match each other on nolle 360 bigger flips than see a predictable game of standard tricks.

Besides, this Joe matched Shane on a switch big flip, PERFECT at that. He also matched him on a switch bigspin heelflip. He can do it all that's why he won.

I don't see anyone hating on the fact Shane tried a nollie bigspin late flip.

That game was 6 minutes long with insane tricks, if they just did basic tricks it probably would have been a non climatic 20 minute game.
