Growing up I remember in the 90s only bikers and convicts got heavily tatted, a neck tat meant no type of promising business career was coming your way. Now soccer moms are getting full back pieces and the stigma attached to them has changed.
Whether it's good or not is probably personal taste, most of my friends have funny ones that seem much less pretentious than paying thousands of dollars to look hip over night (although in 20 years having a topless chyna giving head to elmer fudd might not be as desirable)
To each their own, that mini part of Gilbert was great, quick powerful ollies are always entertaining.
