Paris in winter
« on: October 19, 2014, 10:16:22 AM »
Im taking a trip to Paris once again - i had loads of amazing help in other threads, but I have never been there in the winter before. The main reason for the trip is how inexpensive the plane there and the hotel was. I got 4 nights at the Saint James Albany for whats normally not even one night in the summer. Pretty stoked - underground spa/pooling around!!

But my main concern is if its impossible to skate? Im there the days right up until christmas. How is the temperature/weather usually? Is it too much to hope for an outdoor session? If so, where do you skate? Any indoor spots or parks? And is the park (if there is one) even worth bringing my board for?

it's a gamble. you might get to skate outside, but it could be too cold/rainy.

this park is in the 18th arrondissement, but kind of a hassle (helmet, strange opening hours etc)

Cosanostra is better, skater-run. but also pretty far out in the suburbs.

La Defense also has a lot of underground parking structures, but not necessarily easy to find.

anyways I don't live there anymore, so there might be new shit!
