Would be surprising but if he's trying to transition his life from a pro skater to some sort of job within the industry then doing some backroom stuff with FA (which i'd guess is based out of NY) would be much easier than trying to get a job like that with Chocolate or Nike SB whose companies are based out of the Westcoast. I really think we might of seen the last of Gino as a pro skater, there are no indications that he is filming for Chronicles 3. Maybe their planning a Chronicles 4 but it seems the only guys who haven't had a Chronicles part who aren't filming for Chronicles 3 are Gino, Malto, Mountain and P-Rod. Malto's coming off an injury, P-Rod has his own personal filmer and Mountain is a legend who will film a part in backyard pools rather than having to travel the world in search of spots. Gino's a legend, and if this helps him secure his future after skateboarding then good for him regardless on my feeling of FA as a company.
