Chasing golf balls isn't fun for me, I will go tot the driving range sometimes. These pro golfers are huge fatasses and earn a ton more money. Street leaggue pays salaries, plus a prizing.

Skateboarding still hasnt' appealed to the older crowd, its getting better. Rarely you see anyone over 30 that's really good.

if you are asking if a skate park will be as big as 18 holes in terms of its area then I don't know but I heard royal St Andrews was being converted into a mega ramp as we speak.

Skateboarding is maybe a little more physically enduring than golf which may be why not many 30+ skaters are out there. Maybe in the future we will have buggies to drive us between spots and caddies to help us select board size when attempting a trick.

Skateboarding is expensive? Compared to basketball and soccer, yes. If you look at activities like hockey, sailing, golf, not even close. Also- If you ever get decent at basketball or soccer, they get expensive really fast due to travel and private schools. Kids going to top NCAA basketball programs aren't just hanging out at a random public school.
