As far as I know the main dude behind the brand is Greg https://instagram.com/bustacusta/

He works at the Berrics canteen.  That's why the brand gets spots from Berrics.  I don't think Berra actually has anything to do with it.

They also actually work on the shapes and aren't picking stuff off the wall at PS

My order of importance when buying boards is -

1) Shape/Dimensions
2) Woodshop
3) Brand
4) Graphic
5) If it's a pro model, who's board is it

3,4 and 5 I honestly don't care about but all things being equal I take them into consideration.
