Was in Kansas picking up my dog, had to get shit from Walmart and stumbled onto a Hopps tech deck, but low and behold ..
behind that was a Ricky O.

Drive home, my son was all "Dad can I do some grinds on that?"
And I said "Do you even Eastern Exposure, bro?" which just led to confusion and disappointment for him.
But no, you can't grind on my Ricky O brah!

I really like these Huf pants. Theyíre looser than anything Iíve worn in close to two decades

Damn I've been looking at those Huf pants way too long. Is that the black colorway? How does the size fit? I'm a w30 on Dickies 874s don't know if I should go for the 30s or size up just in case.

Pretty excited, 3rd AWS I ever bought in my life. First one after the reboot.

What's the length?

Can you post a top and side Pic? I've had that deck in my cart for like two months but I'm kind of hesitant because someone said it's the same as the polar 8.25 shape which I have and don't like. I don't know if I got a top stack one or they're all like this, but the tail is really steep even for BBS (steeper than any of the 6 or so hockey/fa boards I've skated. Nose is great but I just ghost pop all over the place unless I skate it on venture lows or mini logos.
Top view:

Nose: 6.85

Tail: 6.81

Length: 31.93

I was working outside of Louisville again and made my way back to home. I talked to them for like an hour about hardcore and skating and I had to get a little something for the whole family.

Ask a medical expert about pre-teens and their bones, unless you are scared to.

For real. Did not expect to see that at all. Placed it delicately by my Mullen and Sean Sheffey ones

Stopped past a local (not my local, but a local) on my way home as they are the only ones in 25 miles that had Bones Swiss in stock at the moment. Grabbed those and got lured into another set of ACE 44ís.

My brain ďitís gonna be different this time, theyíre going to work perfect and youíre going to love them. Just like every other time youíve ridden them for 4 session and went back to ventureĒ

just bought some swiss too (6 ball version).  haven't had swiss in a decade or two.  had a great session and was nailing all my flip tricks somehow.  wasn't really going faster, just easier/less effort

Have Ace 3 chances and no... Then I went back to my Ventures until I reached the axle and then came back home to Indy.
Couldn't be happier

I also just ordered some 44s. I like Ventures, but I also fuck with them to make them turn better, so I'm hoping Aces will be a good out of the box experience, or that the cool factor will be enough to make me not care.

Also grabbed some authentics for chilling and carhartt double knees for the winter. The pants still feel like I'm wearing 2x4s, but hopefully they'll soften up quickly with how often I fall.

I couldnít tell you how they compare to Dickies, but Iíll say the black pair stretches more pre-wash than the green pair did. I like the fit but the inseam is long on me. I got them in 34, so Iím guessing the inseam is either 32 or 34

Honestly if I were skating anything I could sack on I'd probably wear a cup. Not so much the butt plug tho lol.

Picked up some stuff this weekend I'm pretty happy about. Baker Reaper for the wall. Some new Thunder 147 Hollows for $30 and new Spitfire 52mm Classics for $15 off FB marketplace. Not the biggest fan of colored trucks but I couldn't pass on that deal, especially for hollows.

I was searching for a 14" wb deck and just bought this anti hero 8.12 deck. It was an online order and it happened to be the number one from the stack with super steep kicks. It is super strange for me that the tail is higher than the nose and i first tought that the graphic is mistakenly turned upside down, but it is not, the nose is slightly longer but is lower than the tail. I hope i could get used to it after a couple of sessions, at least it is a shorter wheelbase that can compensate the steepness.

good deals, after all, you could always strip the paint and have a silver truck.

Bought a set of Spitfire F4 Classics 97A 54mm and a set of GP-B indy bearings with 20% off. Not sure when i'm going to use the wheels, but there's stock shortage in Europe and I thought it was a good idea to stock them

I bought a bearing puller/press at the end of summer because sometimes my hands donít work properly, especially when itís cold. I thought I made a silly purchase until I mashed some knuckles on my dominant hand. Sooo much easier.

Look at you, bearings! You were once so proud. Now feel the wrath of the left hand of Janus!
If you can't handle me at my Marc Johnson, you don't deserve me at my Bobby Puleo.
