Nowhere Fast is one of my best friends skateshop back In Massachusetts. I also grew up skating with the Fancy Lad crew. No brained to support the two

That's normal - Grosso liked the ultracush3D insole better so they use that one for this shoe and the chima 2

They were all crazily expensive when they came out here in AU but have already dropped significantly, more so in some shops than others, eg starting price was AU$199.99 in one but already down to AU$99.99 (half the initial price) now.

I wonder if putting the price up too high was counter productive, or they thought they would sell more units, then when that didn't happen, they have almost had to drop them to clear them out, which  has happened to lots of the Skate range more recently.

Curious how you find the 3D insoles too.

The hard molded plastic was meant to keep the foot from moving too much in the shoe and giving a lot more support, especially considering the first shoes they were in were very thin and had almost no support in the Pro range.

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

Just bought two pairs of cons I really didn’t need ( but I’m dropping a shit load of stuff off at the park this weekend so it balances out…. )
Picked up a pair of Sablone one star pros in blue and her Black Jack Purcell pro mid. They both get here Saturday and I’m pretty stoked about it.

A couple shop shirts from the local joint. At $20 each, I think it’s reasonable and it’s a cool little shop. I am old, but still think $30 is a little much for a damn T shirt. Get off my lawn!

Used the Labor Day sales to show my trucks some TLC.

So good!

I would like to know which bushings you prefer more, as well as which ones last longer for you.

Thinking the Indy red 88 bushings would be a whole lot firmer than the Bones mediums.

Also wondering if you would be using the metal washers with both, or not with the Bones bushings?

I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

This is really my introduction to messing with my bushings, so any suggestions are welcome.  In addition to these ones I’ve got a set of the Indy hard blue and deluxe hard green.  I keep my trucks right in the middle in terms of loose/tightness. So I think it’ll just be a matter of trying things out and seeing what I like.  Unfortunately I am 3 weeks in to a broken wrist so it’ll still be a little bit before I can get back to a full on session.  I do plan to use the flat washer that came with the bones with nothing on the bottom.  I’ve got an 8.5 setup and an 8.75 setup that I’m working with.

Get hungry on it!

Welcome to the club, I got a pair of riptides, two different duros, I use cupped washers but I skate manny pads and ledges so I don’t need flat washers, she’s a fickle mistress but when you get a pair of tricks turning the way you want…….. *chefs kiss

Anyways sorry for high jacking this thread with bushing talk, just got a pair of loopholes 54mm teardrop wheels, that are holding up well, I usually am not going to fast cause I’m a low impact dude, but as far as sliding they are great

Crob twin from crailstore.co.uk
FYI there's no mention of it but it came with a sheet of grip.
I rather like the top so I may go for clear grip, yes I have no shame.

I like the double laser etch. I also like the color, and use of logo. Simple but effective

Nice, I hate to say it but I wish the top graphic was the bottom one, laser etching and all.

A white dipped Busenitz with the T.G artwork...but now looking at it my brain can't get past the idea that the white edge showing around the grip is going to look like complete crap.

FA hoodies are by far the best quality skate brand hoodies out. PassPort held the crown for me but not anymore. And the polo is sick as fuck. XXL is actually XXL for once!

Been skating Ace pretty religiously the past several years, but felt like giving Ventures another try so I grabbed a pair of 5.2s.  Hope it’s not a waste of time

Indy 149 cast hollows (been lowkey strongly preferring Indy to Ace as of late)
OJ 56mm keyframes (all I've been wanting to skate lately)
Ace low bushings (going to try Ace bushings in my Indy 109s)
Ace AF1 tool (after 15 years the screwdriver in my reflex tool broke)

Going to go back tomorrow or Saturday for some 56 or 58 F4s.

8.5 hockey

159 cast hollow.... Frick I dislike breaking in new trucks.  Loving how the pop feels with em.
Been on ace 44 classics for the most part of two and a half years now and decided to try something else because my pop felt sloppy on anything mellower than fa/hockey.

Been eyeing up this Magenta 6 panel for a while and finally figured why not. Fits so nice and is really well constructed.

Tried looking up the 8.5 And finding the wheelbase. I saw one listed at 14” WB.

Anyone have one or have dimensions? Really hoping that wheelbase isn’t right
