Bought the blue ones. Found them at Ross. I needed a dressy shoe for work. These are just dressy enough. Hopefully they're comfortable and I don't mess them up.

Also got these Spitfire hats.

And last but not least, I got this shirt.

Rebuild success:

I can't say they are much lighter than stock but they have much more grind clearance now. No shaving of the bushings needed, just a bit of force to have threads catch and boom! No more wiggly kingpins; worth it for sure. Just need to pick a new a deck!

Were they easy to install and adjust? I was reading on the NHS site that you might not be able to adjust these kingpins on ace/indy base-plates unless the truck is unmounted and you can hold the nut in position....

These look good, but if I need to take the trucks off to tighten or loosen, then I'm good. Too much work for me.

$60 was a little too steep for me as a student, let us know how it is when you get it!

Found the original black Huf Dylan's at this sort of skate shop in San Antonio called Fast Forward for $60. Didn't buy any cuz they're not my thing, but figured I'd share for all those fan boys who'd kill for a pair. They also have the burgundy ones. Multiple pairs in sizes 7 through 13. Give them a call, maybe they'll mail you a pair...

maybe this is a dorky question, but does anyone know of some good shallow beanies? i've been rocking that dockworker look for a while now, but my current hat of choice is getting pretty stretched out and i don't know where to find another. pls help!

The Thrasher Skate and Destroy beanies are shallow.  I can only wear shallow beanies because my head is weird shaped or something and normal beanies make me look like a cone head.  Make sure you only get the Thrasher ones made by Elm Beanie Co.

i've never washed it

That might be your problem. From my experience in washing my own beanies, it'll go back to it's original form, at least close to it, if you wash it.

Not necessarily bought but I was gifted these and I'm fucking picky and can't skate shoes this bright, anyone know how I can make this egg-shell white color black without the grittyness of spraypaint-to-suede?

Black marker or black fabric marker.

this, or black leather dye if you want to get really fancy.
Look I'm not selling anything that doesn't have my jizz on it. I don't care how much is offered.
