decided to bump up to an 8.5.  I hope it works for me, because I kinda stocked up (have an 8.5 Quasi on the way too).

Went kinda ham on the Crocketts too.  wanted the green Quasi version, but can't justify a 4th pair.

really wish wheel companies would lay off of the horrible graphics and just make white wheels with a small logo

Bought a bunch of shoes, few vans (those new crocket low green/dark gum are so sick), Nike GT lows, and an element flat bar.
ok thanks

Better find a way to secure the feet with rubber pads, heard that thing shifts like crazy.

2 tubes of Shoe Goo, I flick and drag hard so my sides wear out way faster than my sole or heel. Feel wasteful to toss out shoes while the sole is still good.

Shoegoo is the truth. I throw on a layer every 2 or 3 sessions and my shoes last months.

4 pairs of Joslins. 5 sets of trucks: 2 pairs of indy 149 from that recent daddies sale,  ace 44s and 55s, thunder 151. Multiple varieties of risers, mounting hardware, bearings, bushings. Shop T's. A Powell Ray Barbee ragdoll cards shirt. And some pig rails. I took my rails off a new deal board back in '91 or so, and haven't had any since.

I don't throw away shoes. I work with the homeless for a living and have some disposable income.
If I buy a pair of shoes and I dont like them, or I get an ollie hole, I make sure one of the local shelters gets them to someone with a size 13.
Last resort is Salvation Army.
ok thanks

Just got going on the 8" but there is not enough real estate on the "tails" so Im upgrading to the 8.25 this weekend. This one is getting some pal-purchased 5.6 Ventures though. I haven't even gripped it yet, and I know its gonna be dreamy.

I'm considering doing the same exact swap. I had the first session on my 8" twin tail and enjoyed it by the end, but nose manuals felt terrible. My front foot kept hunting for extra space.

Been splurging a bit on shoes the last month but with the Nordstrom's and Cons sales I couldn't resist, I've been trying really hard to not get another pair of Crockett hi's, they're such good shoes. Really want the green and black Quasis

I really love the Deathwish deck, considered keeping it for a wall hanger. But I'm about to grip it now, excited to go skate it.

And that Theories hat is dope, it fits perfect! And to all other pals out there with a big dome,  I know you feel my pain when it comes to finding a hat that fits well.

Edit: sorry, posted 3 times, there was something wrong with the site, kept saying the pic didn't post

I like that a lot. And how at the top of the graphic, you can see the wood like it’s clouds or some shit is cool.

Got my Lynx Zeros today...didn’t feel too bad (moonboot-y) just skating around out front of the house. I’ll wear them while out and about for a week or so before skating them full time. I’m an 11 in every other shoe and these went TTS for me.

Damn that's a bummer. The pair I'm running currently in my ventures have broken in great. Stable with a surfy turn and good rebound.way better than the stock and bones I've tried. Maybe get a pair of the 94du to try?

My girlfriend just got me these for our anniversary. Am really looking forward to trying the p2 shape. The Fastbreaks feel really good. The toe doesn't look as round on these compared to photos I've seen on here.

I’m not interested in the intimate details of your relationship (that’s a lie), but....how? Like how was she so able to come thru with the correct items? Most people I’ve dated have been like ‘hmmmm you are so crazy about the stuff I didn’t know what to get/didn’t want to get the wrong thing’, which I always thought was a completely accurate take, although less romantic. ‘Oh you got me 8.25” chocolate board because you know I liked that company (back in the day not now damn lady pay attention), how sweet of you babe!’. Her: ‘it’s not the right one is it?’ ‘No it totally is! (It’s not I skate 7.75 baby damn!). Her, sniffs...’well I wasn’t sure and...’ last skateboard gift ever.

lmao. +1. So I'm really lucky and I know that. I'll show my girlfriend something around holidays etc and she always comes through with it. I don't know if she's ordering it immediately after I leave the room or I just show her so much shit that she knows what I like. It might be because she's fascinated with how obsessive I am over my gear and is asking why I think I want xyz. All I know is she's a keeper.

There really is something special about a partner that cares enough about your obsessive shit that she goes the distance to get you cool stuff you want. My girl is like that too and it has made me pay more attention as well, but it sure as fuck isn't easy haha.

That's so dope! I had the grey one with navy sleeves as a kid and lost it to some dipshit homie who borrowed it, I remember being so hyped on it. I've been really wanting to get a new one too but since I gotta order to Europe, I've been waiting for something else to even out that shipping with. Next run of Muska silhoutte decks, it's going down.

Hard to order a box of 5 Dwindle boards (4 Darkstar, 1 Blind) for a homie whose kid was obsessed with Darkstar graphics. Shipping was expensive but at least the kid took 3 of the 5 decks I ordered.

Well I have like 9 Andy Anderson dated flight decks.
