If you're looking for something more contemporary, 43 magazine sells worthy wall hangers http://store.43magazine.com

Otherwise, you could e-mail photographers directly. They are usually desperate and need the money.

43 Mag site is a great/easy suggestion. Takes a little more work, but checking bylines & credits of the work you like and finding the photogs on IG may get you some great work. I find artists and photographers selling their work direct more often than i'd expect lately, and there are great deals to be had.
