Before we get into the meat and potatoes gentlemen. I'd really like to take this time to talk about
some of the past team riders and future marketing development. After we cross examine a few, let's go back and study the review questions before starting the final draft. Let's start off with Tyler Bledsoe. He's from
Oregon and his parents divorced when he was 6. He got a skateboard around then and entered tampa
am when he was 11. His style, technique, and consistency have gotten him numerous video parts including
his Mind Field part in which his skating was matched to a thom yorke Modeselektor song called the white flash
which really brought out the development and overall being of the 2008 blockbuster hit. Since then Tyler has been
taking it easy. Feeding the cat and going grocery shopping are high on his list. Second off we have a Jason Dill who
actually went off and started his own company called Fuckin Awesome. With controversial graphics such as black jesus
and black woman with hankerchief, we have really gotten in depth to the mind of an aging skateboarder. His daily life includes buying coffee and cigarettes, skating to lockwood(close footing) and pigeon toed. over the years he's seemed to build an immunity
to the corporate machine and strict life code on the tv guide broadcasting system. Third off we have a Anthony Van Engelen.
Anthony was raised in Virginia and was taught to believe that the white race was the dominant race as well. His father would
drive him to the masons temple and let him skate in the parking lot. Anthony eventually became hooked to the act of skateboarding
and moved to california to try out his new talent. When he got there he met a few strange faces and became a drug user. After weeks of abuse and no sleep he got clean and vowed himself completely to skateboarding. He called his sponsors that day and told them to
meet him at Rincon so he could finish some business. Next we have an Omar Salazar, he was raised in Lake Minitaunka and enjoys a proper wheat crust with his cream cheese. He started skating as a child and quickly got scooped up by Stacy Peralta. They toured the country and in every city he went he stacked clips. That would eventually be his First Love footage. Unfortunately during the filming, omar stubbed his pinky toe and it never has healed. he talks about it in the Mind Field extras. Next off Josh Kalis, Josh is a simple man, a man who enjoys walking through nature, feeding birds, and fixing up the trails right above his house. He was raised in Philadelphia, and was a wholesome school boy until he found his first skateboard. His parents didn't approve so they sent him to Military School where he learned how to tie knots and catch fish. When he got out 4 years later he went back to Philly to skate and
because of his training he would skate all through the night, all day long, no stopping, no eating for years. It wasn't until he met Bill Strobeck that he started smoking weed and eventually sitting down on occasion. Together they filmed video parts and tagged teamed girls all the way to California where Josh got really into LSD and started talking to himself. these days you can find him out in the woods behind los angeles. Talking to himself, with a glimmer of light in his right eye. Next off we have Mikey taylor. Mikey is a suave man. He was raised in Nova Scotia where he learned to fight Japanese tanks and eat pretzels. Unfortunately under the immigration rule 607 we cannot tell you anything more of his backround. Next off heath Kirchart. heath was an all american child. He played baseball, he played cowboys and Indians with the other children. That is, until the day he got a skateboard. It's weird, that somethings in life have a magnetic hold on you, somethings really reach out grab you, and never let you go. He wouldn't come home at night, wouldn't go to church. His pastor thought he was possessed so they baptized him and nothing worked. These days you can find him shopping on Fashion island, eating pinkberry, instagramming, and fighting Asian women. Now that we have gotten a little backround on some of the team riders. What can we learn about the future of AWS?
Will we be expecting another full length?
Will Mike Hill be involved?
At what age does smoked gouda become invaluable?
During this resurrection can we expect B roll footage and Electronic music?
Who else can we expect on the team?
Will the molds and genres transition well with the new brand?
Thanks for your time guys. I'll be in the Photos/video thread if you need me.
Feel free to PM me also.
