I was so pissed off last night. That last play was a blooper reel from hell.

I Just don’t understand what Jansen was doing... he should’ve been backing up the catcher.

I've watched more Dodger games this year than in my whole life since it is slow enough of a pace to allow me to work at the same time.

When Jansen closes it seems like it is always a shitshow, at least based on what i've watched.  The announcers talk about what a great closer he is though... IDK.

Dodgers Win!

32 years, what a long time coming. Very entertaining series, especially these last three games. Going to miss watching baseball this year.

Why can't MLB do anything to improve the product? I was entertained by the last few series, but the over 4 hour games are a marathon. 15 pitching changes.. etc.

Also, 10 minutes of the commish, then the owner, the GM, then the prez of ops on stage giving speeches last night was tone-deaf but not surprising. Give out the damn MVP award already and show the players.

Still so hyped on this, living in Austin I’m surrounded by Astros fans and I normally keep the fact I was born and raised in LA a secret. Not this fucking week though!!

So, why did Cash pull Snell? he had given up TWO HITS through 5 and a third

Stupid analytics of modern baseball.. the "third" time through the lineup blah blah. He had just pitched game 2 and had 9 Ks through barely 5.

Moneyball analytics is most likely the decision of the pull there. I didn't agree with it at all since Snell was dealing up until those last few hits which I am sure he would have worked out of if he stayed in. Saw a few fan polls for MVP with Cash as the winner that made me crack up.

Yup might've been a longer series. He certainly gave y'all a free Wednesday night now!

Wait, I thought it was two hits on Snell but it was actually only one that prompted the change. Here is a great video to breakdown why this was a horrible decision through and through. Not even the analytics like I mentioned before was accurate as Snell had the statistical upper hand in the situation versus going to a relief pitcher.

Welp... playoffs are here. Not exactly my predictions but my hopes:

StL > LA in NL Wild Card
NY > Bos in AL Wild Card

StL > SF in NLDS
Mil > Atl in NLDS

NY > TB in ALDS
ChiSox > Hou in ALDS

StL > Mil in NLCS
NY > ChiSox in ALCS

StL > NY in WS

I hope for St.L Vs Yanks every year

Fucking Giants, who at the beginning of the season most (including myself) thought were halfway through a rebuild and end up having a monster season.  Kapler better get manager of the year.

I shall make no predictions, all I hope is we face STL instead of LA in the NLDS..  LA lineup is always scary.  Cardinals are white hot but the layoff could break it up.

Yankees and Red Sox in a one game playoff?  The brass at ESPN/MLB must be foaming at the mouth.

Man I was at the game Sunday and it was so fucking hot, but that place was booming. Webby had the game of his life, it was so much fun.

I was at the Dodger game last night with a bunch of other industry skate heads.  O'Dell (Epicly Later'd) was there for the Cards but we are all blue to the core.  One of the most tense games I've ever been to and the 2nd playoff walk off homer game ever (went to the Turner walkoff vs Cubs in NLCS 2017).  One of the biggest freakouts I've ever seen when CT connected on that shot.  No one left the stadium for like 45 min.
I'm nervous about the Giants but it'll be an epic series.  I'm still fucked up from the Lakers vs Celtics in 2008 and this feels like the same amount of vibes.

I was rooting for the Cardinals because LA is a much scarier team… still this is the ultimate rivalry.  Should be an amazing series.

After watching last nights games, The Rays seem to be the team to beat.  They looked unstoppable.

Lance McCullers looked fantastic, but yeah rays and giants to me are 1-a and 1-b.

Giolito pitched quite well against us last meetup, and Framber has been shaky post crackdown on sticky stuff. Stupid ass 1 pm game time too.
