Puma shoes
« on: April 19, 2015, 02:49:26 AM »
Lots of B pros are skating pumas, free i think. Brezinski, that adio dude, there's a puma store nearby and the shoes look nowhere near skateable, really weak IMO

Am i missing something?

There are plenty of shoes that aren't designated for skateboarding that are completely skateable.

Are Brezinski and "that adio dude" the same person?

Why did you have to remind me of Adio?

Dompierre, never got the sponsors he deserved. Puma has that classic look you can wear anywhere and not look like you shop at Zumiez, they should focus their attention more on skating. They basically already build skate shoes, but are too afraid to call them skate shoes? WTF is that?

I've never had a pair ever, but I was actually looking at a pair of Puma Suedes a few days back and they look like they'd be decent to skate in. Suede upper would probably last a while and the sole felt really grippy.

Back in the days Puma was one of the first sportshoe company
investing into skateboarding Kien Donger Leu and Alan Peterson
had signatur shoes plus a team with a couple of more riders.
I bought  the AP pretty cheap for 2 years in a sport shop.

I didn't realize Jimmy Chung was on Puma. I'd always see him skating in Airwalk Jim Shoes.

The Paez Brothers were sick.

Yes, Richard was the first kid that i meet who was younger
then me, but i like his skating stylewise! (I was 17 and he was circa 13 and we
had a Session in a Snakerun together with Phil shao! Never forget!)

There is actually a puma skate shoe being tested by the riders right now(you will find it on instagram). They are just hesitant about starting the skate program though.
