I really hope he pulls through, but this does not sound good at all.

I find this very troubling though, obviously I don't know him, but I do find it terrible that someone who was born within 2 weeks of me is in such terrible shape. Way too young to be battling such a horrific disease.

I think pro skateboarding is a weird thing you watch these guys and girls hard work on video for years, you read their interviews and watch their day in the life videos and hear stories about them second hand in articles. It's hard not to feel a closeness to a stranger I think people wanting to know his condition generally care for the guy and are hopin for the best, expecting the worst and paying respects to the talent and the person as they know him.
