i can't remember, but i think i've got the issue around here.  neil blender was an innovator.  at that tempe contest he does a nosegrind on the little ramp, and a nollie.

good question.  i first heard from my friend bobby in 88 or 89.  he was skating with the shut guys and gettings boards from them.
