felipe gustavo. the number of times i've seen a clip of him going "ching chong ching chang" back to random asian people who are trying to stop him from skating something is way too high. dude's a disrespectful little shithead. i respect his skating but that dude sucks.

I just noticed he's doing this in the end credits of True. what a dbag. I think he's the type of person who never would have skated when it was considered something that only freaks did, before it became a socially acceptable activity. he'd probably be a soccer player or something instead.

damn why curren caples or anyone on welcome?

i understand the hate on ben nordberg, he has a huge fucking ego and cares more about fashion than anything, but welcome was and still is very much needed at a time when skateboarding is seen as a sport rather than a fun activity. bringing back the 80s style clothing, decks, tricks, hairstyles, in the face of like, street league? that's pretty ballsy and people responded favorably to them.

curren caples was actually the skater who got me into skateboarding, because as a 6th grade girl i thought he was "sooooo cute :3" so i can't hate but i definitely see that he turned into a fucking egotistical jackass, with the audi and the unending money and bitches
