Why did Big Brother end?

Why are Big Brother out of business? I only own a few bb magazines but they are all the best skateboard magazines I have read. Every interview is so funny.

 Anyways how did they go out of bisuness? Did they do something bad?

Larry Flynt Publications didn't think it was viable to continue the magazine any longer. Sales were too poor. If you looked at the ads, it's pretty safe to assume that the income wasn't too great from advertising either. Most of the leading brands didn't advertise in BB. Not to mention mainstream brands, Nike, Mountain Dew etc. No corporate money at all and that's what floats the boat at the end of the day.

Big Brother was the best skate mag ever, hands down. Even though I buy all the magazines, they are hardly worth reading. The Skateboard Mag is an exception and that's only because of Dave Carnie.

It's got all these hilarious interviews and information about smoking marijuana, and a whole article for beginners.

you'll eventually get sick of vice.....the problem w. big brother was they covered shitty dudes near the end....it was like a dan haney spotlight or something....kosick never shot with anyone....

It's true that Big Brother did interviews with dudes like Haney but it comes down to advertising again. You will do interviews and give coverage to guys who ride for the companies that advertise in your magazine. Plus, I believe that a lot big-name pros didn't want to have anything to do with BB.
