St. Vincent: Kids have a board with grizzly grip. Such an obnoxious logo it's easy to spot, can't remember the deck and couldn't find a picture but it's in this scene.

It isn't, considering the album that Smashing Pumpkins song was on came out in 1995 and Jamie Thomas's Zero didn't show up until a year later.

Its a Smashing Pumpkins shirt. Billy Corgan wore the non-ringer version all the time. Definitely pre JT's Zero and probably the inspiration.

Not sure if it counts because it was in a skate "scene" but will ferrell is rocking an OG hawk board complete with black flag, misfits and suicidal tendencies stickers in 'Daddy's Home'.

I recently watched this movie on the plane and that board got me hyped!

The Hawkman and McGill were the doubles for that scene too

True! It was almost too obvious with McGill and the effects they used to show the "cool dad" skating with his gopro on were so bad I almost thought it was a joke. Um pretty sure it's 2016 guys so your footy shouldn't look like a bad Photoshop  thread  on SLAP.

edit: crazy how there is actually only 1 year difference between will and tony :o

There was 35 minutes of black screen probably to avoid copyright take down.

Too lazy to find a scene of it, but in older Trailer Park Boys episodes, J-Roc and T are constantly wearing DVS shirts and hats for some reason. Also in the newer seasons some people are wearing Diamond clothes. The girl Sarah in it also used to wear Pro Skates shirts alot, which is a local shop in Halifax.
