Do frontside flips count? Lindsey has done that in Dying to Live, the Mystery section of New Blood, and Black & White. I don't remember any straight kick flips though.

I just watched Lindsey's Black & White part again. There's a really nice straight kickflip down a pretty famous double set in there.
