I'm part of a Facebook group that does this, these would be the rules if anyone is down.
You have a deck for example and say 10 spots at 5 bux shipping included if winner lives In my country. People who claim spots would have to pay via pay pal under "send money to friends and family (only) and don't write in the comment box. Once everyone is paid you put the names in a bucket and fold them up a few times and draw names, last name wins usually. You record yourself doing the drawing and shake your jar with the names every time before you pull and post the video to YouTube. What do yall think?We could do that here.

For example right now you could win a guy mariano or Jason adams elephant deck for $8, and there's ten spots.
There's also Welcome decks and lots of older decks, this could work, but everything has to be on the honor system.

Anyone want in? Basically you send a paypal payment under Friends and fmaily, with no comments in the box. Once it's filled and payed I'll record a video of myself drawing out the names and the last name picked wins!

Lowered it down to 17 spots @ 5.25 a spot, only 13 left!
