I figured them out finally! Whatever's my size and on sale. They're all the same anyways use the same woodshop/ manufacturer. The only companies that vary are shoes, Etnies and NB# are good.

You really can't say shit about either of the companies, aside from the kids who idolize them. Although I hate the hype on it, and I hate going to the skatepark to see kids with welcome boards and polar gear that just try flatground powerslides all over. Magenta has been doing the exact same thing since 2010, wayyy before what they were doing was becoming trendy. Not only that, but the creators, Vivien Feil and Soy Panday, fucking rip too. For Polar, Pontus Alv has been around and his companies been around for a few years now as well. Just like Magenta, what they were already doing became trendy. Nobody can say shit about their team either. To name a few, Hjalte, Oskar Rosenberg, and Aaron Herrington are incredible and meet any standard.

I agree that in some way that Magenta's style of art direction has kind of become kind of trendy, but honestly, I think there are way worse trends going on in skateboarding right now and I personally like the direction they go in. I don't think Polar has any points for comparison besides both teams are stacked, their product is great, they're known as kind of an underground brand, and they're based in Europe (unless there's something I'm missing). If you have a problem with a brand's image, don't waste time supporting it or deriding it on some forum.

Basically, my point is Tracer and the guy who made this thread are cocks.
