I believe this is a case of saturation and lighting being deceptive.  Like the blue vs black vs gold dress debate online a few years back.  They’re the same as ours but just taken with natural light so the heel and TPU layer look darker than the photos we posted.

Anyone seem to wear through the soles on the 440 really fast? Uppers last but the sole seems to melt away rather fast. I love the shoe and have had about 10 pairs but I would like them stick with me a little longer. Ndurance not working for me.

These were sadly only a US/Canada launch.  Canada gets theirs in about 2 weeks to the shops up there but none were bought for Japan.  Sorry!

Complete opposite for me. Fastest wearing upper on a modern skate shoe. I'm shoe goo'ing the ollie area on week 2 and actually getting a diagonal rip in the kickflip area. I love the shoe otherwise but for me they're just too delicate.

For me, yes. TTS. No heel slip issues.

If you have a wide foot, maybe go up .5? It slight gets narrow in the toe. But it’s fine for me.

tiagos are seriously the greatest shoe. They look so good. Been rocking my 440s again recently too and dig the way they look and feel, but god damn do the 1010s blow everything else out of the water

Just got some 508s. Went TTS and they have been insanely comfortable I don’t wanna skate them. But I’m hoping to skate them this weekend. Anyway I hope they don’t go away anytime soon. Anyone know when this colorway will be in the states

yo i’m pissed! they changed the fit of the 1010’s. i just got my new grey days (which are beautiful in person), put them on and had to do a double take to make sure i didn’t accidentally order a smaller size. they fit so tight, the older ones fit perfect TTS, if not slightly long.

I back those matching kits. Not really for me but I like looking at this look.

Tiago is amazing. I love the style. When he’s doing that fakie manny I think damn. That mofo is rolling 100% backwards. I never could do that. My fakie manny/5oh always looked regs. Most of my switch looks regs. Even to this day when I can get in to one.

Fakie 5 oh and fakie manny was always difficult for me I only really had them from like 97-04.
