The chiller version of the 379 looks intriguing

I could not figure out what that model was.. thank you sir. I'm super interested in those but maybe in a more palatable colourway. I'm boring and only wear mostly white or black shoes

Little jump of the gun from some shops dudes...apologies.  You'll have to wait for the launch on Nov 9.

white outsole -> would have bought

corduroy on those joints is neat

Couldn't go white and not have the red "bleed" onto the white rubber. One of those behind the scenes decisions..."which part is more important"?? We decided the blood red corduroy was a must, so we had to go with black foxing tape...

yeah good call. Still works well. Corduroy is cool. Franky’s request?

@rothdigga or @mini greek can either of you confirm if these are all synthetic?  these black ones *look* like they're all synth in the super zoom, whereas the forest green ones are obviously real suede.

Sadly, that shoe has a suede backer on it so it's not fully synthetic.  I just checked with the crew.

I apologize I have no clue what the model names and numbers are.  But the bottom right white shoe.  That shoe existed years before the skate program was accounced.    I bought it as a "basketball" shoe when looking for a "non-skate shoe" that just looked good for skating.   Anyone know the story behind that shoe?
212/213 i think it was a tennis shoe?

212/213 is the new balance "court". They still make them, in fact if you don't mind weird patterns they're on sale for $30 at Joe's new balance outlet right now. The zebra ones look less terrible than the others.

If anyone has a code or a good deal on a pair of sturdy cupsoles (440 or something similar, also interested in the 288s and 533) for under $60 let me know. Size 11/11.5.

Also what's the deal with the "all coasts" thing? Is it different from numeric somehow?

Those are the non-skate 210, not the 212.  They don't have the extra suede ollie patch.  I love the 212s, they are the only shoe that I do not have to shoe goo.

Just checked, we've got 3 vegan choices for March/April/May drops...but I know that doesn't help you out RIGHT NOW, wish they were sooner.
will these be more 420's, or other models as well? a vegan 440 high would be a dream come true

420's have all been vegan that we've made so that will continue.  I'll let you guess when the next one drops...

@rothdigga who comes up with the numbers? I love the 288, but PC 288 is the code for child molestation in California and I can’t wear that in public.
[close]

Some of them have specific ties to the rider.  The Arto 358 was country code for Finland, the 306 Foy is Jamie's old address in FL where he grew up.  The 288 was an OG New Balance shoe that was in the indoor soccer line from the 70's I believe so we just borrowed it from the OG one similar to the NM420 shoe that we do.  NB had a 420 prior to "420" being a thing.

Who gets the 666?

I don't know but I sure as shit hope it's a cupsole so I can buy a shit ton of them.

any lace breakers out there skating the Westgate 913?  I can go through laces every 3-4 session and I'm wondering if that recessed lace system actually works

Skated only one pair before but I never ripped the laces in them. Got a hole in the toe area from kickflips, but never ripped the laces.

The eyelet area is pretty high up and plastic, they aren’t recessed but they are pretty far up for myself to rip it.

I know the sizing questions are endless, but I’m wearing a 10.5 in the Tiago. Does anyone know if I should half size down for the 440s? Thanks

Any more pics, info, or places to buy those 400 high tops? If that's what they're called. The hightop cupsole.
